I got an email from this company to do reviews for their products on how they would pertain to a busy mama! This is not a pay per link type of review, this is actually to show other mamas how items like these could save time and money! You have to admit time and money are two things all parents care about!! I will be posting reviews like these ever so often!
The first product I received was the Renolds Handi-Vac Vacuum Sealer!
My hubs and I were thrilled to receive this product and try it out, if only we would have gotten it a few days sooner since we just had to throw out some old Salmon that had been in our fridge for a few days!
It was like plastic gold in our kitchen when we opened it! We were both thrilled! This item could save us TONS of money and time!!!!!
My hubs and I immediately got the package out of the box and went to open it. Most of the time when you have an time in a plastic container it takes SHARP scissors to open it. Not this item, it had a little section to pull open the plastic away from the vacuum, SO EASY! Kinda like a pack of gum!If only toys were made this easily! We pulled out the vacuum and checked it out! After attempting to make numerous hickies on our hands because the vacuums sicking strength was way more then we expected, we decide to really try it out! We got out some celery that had been soaking in water and was pretty fresh. We put about 10 pieces in the baggy and sucked the air out, it was awesome and worked in seconds! I mean FAST! The celery is now in its new little home, all sealed up in the baggy! I figured in a few days I would take it out and see just how fresh it stayed! I mean check out this list on how long things can stay frozen with all the air out of the bag!
I would recommend this to ANY parent who has time constraints like mine! This will save me SO much time when I go to the store and buy meat! I can actually buy it all at once and not have to go to the store every other day!
